PRESSURE VESSEL DESIGN AND FABRICATION
Within the scope of this project, 2 units of SS 304 pressure vessels were designed in accordance with ASME Sec. VIII Div. 1. and fabricated carrying the CE mark.

Within the scope of this project, 15 pressure vessels comprising of 7 different types with SA-516 Gr.70, SS304 and SA-387 Gr.22 steel grades were designed in accordance with ASME Sec. VIII Div. 1 and fabricated carrying the CE mark.
2018 2018 GAS TREATMENT PLANT 2/ KHURMALA
PRESSURE VESSEL DESIGN AND FABRICATION
Within the scope of this project; 1 unit of SA-516 Gr.70 HP FLARE SCRUBBER (Ø2200 x 7204mm - 9 ton) 2 units ofSA-516 Gr.70 INLET SCRUBBER (Ø1475 x 5778mm - 12 ton/ea.) 2 units of SS 316L ACID GAS FLARE SCRUBBER (Ø1300 x 5176mm - 4 ton/ea.) with total weight of 41 ton were designed and fabricated in accordance with ASME Sec. VIII Div. 1. Vessels fabricated with ASME U-Stamp and in one-unit. Pursuant to fabrication, SA-516 Gr.70 tanks were postweld heat treated.
2016 2016 HAMITABAT COMBINED CYCLE POWER PLANT/ KIRKLARELİ, TURKEY
FLASH TANKS FABRICATION
Within the scope of this project, 2 units of SA-387 Gr.11 pressure vessels were designed in accordance with ASME Sec. VIII Div. 1. and fabricated carrying the CE mark.
2015 2015 BOUFARIK SCGT 750 MW POWER PLANT/ ALGERIA
FUEL GAS DRAIN COLLECTION TANKS FABRICATION
Within the scope of this project, 3 units of SA-516 Gr.70 pressure vessels were designed in accordance with ASME Sec. VIII Div. 1. and fabricated carrying the CE mark.
2015 2016 HAMITABAT COMBINED CYCLE POWER PLANT/ KIRKLARELİ, TURKEY
PRESSURE VESSEL DESIGN AND FABRICATION
Within the scope of this project, 8 pressure vessels comprising of 4 different types with SA-516 Gr.70, SS304 and SA-387 Gr.22 steel grades were designed and fabricated in accordance with ASME Sec. VIII Div. 1. All the vessels fabricated carrying the CE mark.

Within the scope of this project, 15 units of SA-516 Gr.70 pressure vessels comprising of 5 different types were designed and fabricated in accordance with ASME Sec. VIII Div. 1. Vessels were fabricated with ASME U-Stamp and carrying the CE mark.
2014 2015 45 MW ALAŞEHİR GEOTHERMAL POWER PLANT/ MANİSA, TURKEY
HP & LP SEPARATOR AND DEMISTER FABRICATION
Within the scope of this project; 2 ea. HP FLASH SEPARATOR (Ø3048 x 15870mm - 39 ton/pc.) 2 ea. LP FLASH SEPARATOR (Ø3048 x 15870mm - 34 ton/pc.) 1 ea. HP DEMISTER (Ø1525 x 11250mm - 14 ton) 1 ea. LP DEMISTER (Ø2135 x 14688mm - 25 ton) with total weight of 185 ton, 6 units of SA-516 Gr.70 pressure vessels were designed and fabricated in accordance with ASME Sec. VIII Div. 1. Vessels were fabricated in one-piece and carrying the ASME U-Stamp and CE mark. Pursuant to the fabrication, vessels were postweld heat treated.
2014 2015 UM WU'AL (MA'ADEN) SULPHURIC ACID & POWER PLANT/ SAUDI ARABIA
AIR RECEIVER FABRICATION
Within the scope of this project; 3 ea. SA-240 Gr.304L INSTRUMENT AIR RECEIVER TANK (Ø1516 x 4305mm - 3 ton/pc.) 3 ea. SA-516 Gr.70 PLANT AIR RECEIVER (Ø1520 x 4304mm - 3 ton/pc.) 1 ea. SA-240 Gr.304L INSTRUMENT AIR RECEIVER TANK (Ø2524 x 6315mm - 7 ton) 1 ea. SA-516 Gr.70 PLANT AIR RECEIVER (Ø1624 x 5932mm - 5 ton) with total weight of 30 ton, 8 units of pressure vessels were designed in accordance with ASME Sec. VIII Div. 1. and fabricated carrying the CE mark.
2014 2015 840 MW IC ANADOLU COMBINED CYCLE POWER PLANT/ KIRIKKALE, TURKEY
PRESSURE VESSEL FABRICATION
Within the scope of this project, 13 units of pressure vessels comprising of 9 different types with SA-516 Gr.70 and SA-387 Gr.22 steel grades were designed in accordance with ASME Sec. VIII Div. 1. and fabricated carrying the CE mark.
2013 2013 ERZIN COMBINED CYCLE POWER PLANT/ HATAY, TURKEY
HYDROGEN SEPARATOR FABRICATION
Within the scope of this project, 3 units of SA-516 Gr.B pressure vessels were designed in accordance with ASME Sec. VIII Div. 1. and fabricated carrying the CE mark.
2013 2014 BTC MARPOL & JFL PROJECT SLUDGE DRUM FABRICATION Within the scope of this project, 2 units of SLUDGE DRUM with dimensions of Ø2820 x 10400mm and S235JR quality were designed and fabricated in accordance with ASME Sec.VIII Div.1.
2013 2014 SUMMAIL GAS PIPELINE 36” RECEIVER & LAUNCHER FABRICATION Within the scope of this project, 2 units of 36" Pig Launcher/Receiver were designed in accordance with ASME Sec. VIII Div.1. Both of the vessels were fabricated with ASME U-Stamp.
2012 2013 NATURAL GAS & CRUDE OIL PIPELINE/ IRAQ
RECEIVER & LAUNCHER FABRICATION
Within the scope of this project, 2 units of 20", 3 units of 24" and 2 units of 36" Launcher/Receiver were designed and fabricated in accordance with ASME Sec. VIII Div.1.
2012 2013 KHURMALA PIPELINE/ IRAQ
RECEIVER & LAUNCHER FABRICATION
Within the scope of this project 8 units of 20'' Pig Launcher/Receiver were designed and fabricated in accordance with ASME Sec. VII Div.1.
2011 2011 INSTRUMENT AIR RECEIVER & PLANT AIR RECEIVER TANK FABRICATION Within the scope of this project; 1 unit of INSTRUMENT AIR RECEIVER (Ø2500 x 7045mm - 7 ton) 1 unit of PLANT AIR RECEIVER (Ø2200 x 6190mm - 5 ton) with SA-516 grade and ASME U-Stamp were designed and fabricated in accordance with ASME Sec.VII Div.1.
2009 2010 JABALI PROJECT/ YEMEN
PRESSURE VESSEL FABRICATION
Within the scope of this project; 7 ea. 45m3 capacity (Ø3500 x 5840mm - 11 ton/ea.) 1 ea. 5m3 capacity (Ø1600 x 2690mm - 1 ton/ea.) total of 8 units of SS 316Lgrade pressure vessels were designed and fabricated in accordance with ASME Sec. VIII Div.1.
2009 2010 COMBINED CYCLE POWER PLANT/ BANDIRMA, TURKEY
BLOW DOWN TANK AND FLASH BOX TANK FABRICATION
Within the scope of this project; 1 ea. BLOW DOWN TANK (Ø1400 x 3900mm) 1 ea. of FLASH BOX TANK (Ø610 x 2680mm) total of 2 units of SA-387 Gr.11 ASME U-Stamped pressure vessels were designed and fabricated in accordance with ASME Sec. VIII Div.1. Pursuant to the fabrication, tanks were postweld heat treated.
2009 2009 HVAC INSTRUMENT AIR RECEIVER FABRICATION Within the scope this project, 7 units of SS304L Air Receiver tanks were designed and fabricated in accordance with ASME Sec. VIII Div.1.
2008 2008 HOT STRIP MILL PRESSURIZED AIR RESERVED TANK FABRICATION Within the scope of this project, 1 unit of SA-516 Gr.70 AIR TANK with dimensions of Ø1200 x 2450mm was designed and fabricated in accordance with ASME Sec. VIII Div.1
